Check out our sizing guide to find your European size and we’ll do the rest. If you want to give us extra precisions, complete the form with the required measurements so we can make sure your garment fits exactly how you want it <3 E.g: If the shirts you usually buy are always too long for you, this is your chance to make them the right length for once.

You’ll have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get your piece. Doing things right takes time…. Sorry not sorry! 

But don’t hesitate to send us an email (daniela@luzbyluz.com) in case of emergencies like you forgot to buy a gift for your best friend and her birthday is tomorrow. We will try to work it out!

 

Pickup is also available at our atelier Rue du grand hospice 7, 1000 Bruxelles.

Since the clothes are made-to-order, we do not accept returns. But don’t worry, we will do our best to solve the problem you encountered, within 14 days of receiving the package.
