“La vida es un carnaval” (spanish for “Life is a carnaval”) is a celebration of life.
For this collection, the designer wanted to draw inspiration from her home country, Bolivia. She wanted to create a collection that pays homage to the colorful outfits worn during the carnival, but above all, a collection that captures the overall spirit: joie de vivre, lightheartedness, and a touch of madness.
These pieces therefore embody the way she would always like to see life:
“Life is messy, chaotic, unpredictable.
But it is also joyful, festive, and full of vibrant emotions.
We must cherish it for those who can't.”
